Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module

It is a module for simple and fast control of communication and relations with customers and suppliers.  Module enables to monitor whole history of communication with customers and helps to increase service. This module represents the support of the process known as CRM. Within Microsoft Dynamics NAV and e-BOOKs supports work out into details in order to reach high level of affectivity which is crucial for sales process.

 
Contact Card
Whole communication of a business department is based on the Contact card where all interactions related to a business case are recorded. New Customer or supplier is easily created from the Contact card by the template. In this contact card it is also possible to monitor all contact data e.g. a primary contact, a contact to production or directly to responsible people in a given company.

Day/Week/Month schedule
The plan serves to plan work to particular sales representatives for a given period of time. The module concerns planned activities such as phone calls, meetings and presentations. The schedule may be connected with Microsoft Outlook application. The user has the possibility to monitor statuses of all tasks.
 
Interaction
Interaction serves to record all activities and communications with particular contacts / customers in the company. The right strategy within sales process is use of interactions. By this process is possible to support and streamline the sale process.
 
Contract documents creation
It is possible to create and subsequently keep contract documentation with customers directly from the contact card. (e.g. contract of media partnership, contract of purchase). Any type of the file (e.g. picture, PDF, Microsoft Word etc.) may be saved in the system.
Campaigns
To each campaign it is possible to create a budget with the possibility of subsequent evaluation with real campaign progress. As the module is fully integrated to all other modules in the system it is possible to record all costs and returns related to the campaign. These data represent significant documents needed for planning and analyses of new campaigns.
 
Segments
Segments may be used for campaign preparation. Your contacts taken from Microsoft Dynamics NAV may be segmented on basis of specific market criteria ales impact, number of employee etc. Prepared segments may be further used for other campaigns.
