Publishing and Editorship
This module is developed for preparation and further registration of particular titles and editions. This module fully supports whole process of title preparation from its creation till its sale to the dealer or consumer. It offers wide analytical possibilities and it is fully integrated to other Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules.
- definition and creation of new and periodical projects (book titles or magazines edition)
- preparation and creation of budgets to particular book title or magazine
- workflow budget creating – entering tasks to particular periods of budget with help of automatic email communication
- invoicing directly to specific project (title or edition) and further comparing of the budget and reality (it means accurate evidence of costs and profit for each title or magazine)

Each book title has its own and the only stock order card and this stock order card is valid for whole company. On this card are filed all necessary data related to specific book title, edition or magazine.
Each book title or magazine edition is placed in the system as an individual project and all costs, fees, royalties and sale pay-off are charged on this particular project. This function allows accurate data tracking about connected profits and costs.
Magazine card
Each issue of the magazine represents individual project where are charged any related costs, fees, royalties or any sale pay-off. This function allows accurate data tracking.
There is a possibility to create individual price policy for each title. . It is also possible to react to
a market singularity where necessary in different regions. The system offers a distinction of main price and price according to each shop. The module allows many others sophisticated alternatives of price creating and its combinations in order to achieve maximal maintenance of the pricing process.
This solution is prepared for companies with a lot of territorially distant subsidiaries where it is necessary to know actual overviews about all inventories and their distribution, sales in time and on-line. With the help of this solution is achieved significant increase of sales affectivity.
PDF for Microsoft Dynamics NAV module
This module allows creation and further sending of documents in PDF format. It may be sent directly from Microsoft Dynamics NAV. PDF document may be automatically send according to needs of complicated reports. It is possible to set up schedule automatic printing of reports during night. Printouts will be consequently sent in PDF format into user’s email box.
