Retail sales
Module called Retail sale enables complete operating of a net of retail shops directly connected to a central office of a company and other shops in the network.
This connection allows effective management of items movement between particular shops and it supports sales process.
Inventory with use of barcodes
The inventory processing may be done with help of mobile terminals directly in storage or shops and all items may be marked by barcode. The data transfer from mobile terminals to e-Books system and Microsoft Dynamics NAV may be realized online or off-line variant.
Commission Sale (Retail Sale)
The e-Books solution supports the process of retail commission sale. Sale stock and commission stock is defined for each store. The module Consignment Sale (Retail Sale) supports following operations.
- Proposals for settlement of the commission and the automatic commission billing
- Proposals for refund of commission and the automatic commission refund process
- Exports of commission goods statuses and export of sales reports related to particular supplier
e-Books allow the optimization of a sale process. First of all is processed own goods and goods in commission is processed later on. Sold items are reported to supplier for commission accounting.
Commission Sale (Wholesale)
The module Commission Sale (Wholesale) is intended for editors who offer books for commission sale to distributors. The system allows effective evidence and fast account of consignments with distributors related on their reports. These reports may be imported into e-Books in electronic form. It significantly speeds up whole process.
